The things of this world can disappoint and fail; but God is gracious and full of mercy every day to hear our hearts cry and lift us from the mire and begin again to form us to a new creature. Like the clams, snails and barnacles holding on to the safety of this old iron side if a ship for safety and refuge from the world around them; we must cling to our Lord, Christ Jesus, to give us strength for the day. One day at a time. Here begins a new day.
