A few of the blogs I follow have joined in on this idea, that if your goals are short, to the poing and reachable in 30 days you may be more likely to stick to it. So here goes my attemp at not making 'resolutions' but planning out goals and setting out to work on them intently for 30 days, hoping to make them a healthy habit or something that just needed to be checked off the 'list' that grows daily in my head of what I would like to do.
So for Jaunuary my 3 are this:
1-- Walk every day, elliptical, to the school, around the neighborhood, etc. ( My almost 39 year old body is begging for me to take care of it.)
2 -- Not to 'buy' a coffee (baby steps on helping our dollars go farther)
3 -- Read every day to Addysen, from her Bible, a story of her choosing -- but just read something (she is reading on her own now, and I just want to connect with her again after her lond days at school).
